By using this website and purchasing from Avanté Watches, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site or place an order.

1. Who we are

Avanté Watches (“Avanté”, “we”, “us”) is a business based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Products

Avanté offers a focused range of watches. We may modify, discontinue or update any product without prior notice. We work hard to show our watches accurately, but descriptions, images and specifications may differ slightly from the final product due to screen rendering or running changes in production.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we’ll let you know promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include any applicable EU taxes. For US deliveries, a fixed €25 import cost contribution is added at checkout per order; we prepay the import charges through PostNL and cover the remainder. For other destinations outside the EU, local import duties, taxes and clearance fees may be payable by you to customs or the carrier. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

Promotions and discounts are subject to their own conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Payment

• We accept major credit cards, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details on our website.

• If a payment is declined we may cancel the order, and we’ll let you know.

5. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email (or dispatch it). We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious, and we’ll refund you in full if we do.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

If you’re a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your watch. We go further and give you 30 days. Full details on condition, return shipping and refunds are on our Shipping, Returns & Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Every Avanté comes with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The full coverage, exclusions and claim process are set out on our Shipping, Returns & Warranty page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (images, text, logos, designs and software) belongs to Avanté or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use it commercially without our written permission. ‘Avanté’ is a registered trademark ®. We own patents on the designs of all our current watches.

9. Liability

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website, or from misuse of a product beyond its intended purpose and our care guidelines. None of this limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
