While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, and specifications on the website may not always reflect the final product due to technical limitations or changes during production.

1.2 Product Availability:
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. If a product is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will inform you promptly and provide options for an alternative product or refund.

2. PRICING

2.1 Price Changes:
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes in the EU, import fees are for you own cost. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Once an order is placed, the price displayed at the time of purchase will be the final price charged.

Promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to terms and conditions. Avanté Watches reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payment Methods:
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3.2 Security:
All payment transactions are encrypted for security purposes. We do not store credit card details on our website. However, you are responsible for safeguarding your payment information during transactions.

3.3 Failed Payments:
If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will notify you in the event of a failed transaction.

4. RETURNS

4.1 Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. please contact: info@avantewatches.com when refunding a item.

4.2 Non-Eligible Returns:
Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we have inspected the returned product to ensure it meets the above conditions.

4.3 Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. WARRANTIES

5.1 Warranty Coverage:
All Avanté Watches come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to the watch movement, hands, and dial. The warranty does not cover the battery, normal wear and tear (such as scratches on the case or glass), or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

5.2 Exclusions:
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized opening of the watch case, or failure to follow the care instructions provided is not covered by the warranty. This includes damage due to exposure to extreme conditions, mishandling, or moisture damage beyond the watch's water resistance rating.

• Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and workmanship are guaranteed under abnormal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Avanté Watches will, at its sole discretion, provide for repair or replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch or any part original to your model is not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of repair or replacement.

• To obtain repair or replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact an authorized Avanté Watches retailer or service provider, who will provide additional instructions. If the watch was purchased in the Avanté Watches online store, or if you wish to obtain contact information of authorized Avanté Watches retailers or service providers, please contact our Customer Service Department by using the contact form on our website: www.avantewatches.com

• If you mail your watch for repair or replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Do not include any special watchband or any other item of personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guarantee its return.

• Although you will not be charged for repair or replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorized Avanté Watches retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the warranty is void or does not apply, you may be charged for part or all of any repair or replacement. If the battery in your watch is to be replaced, you may be charged for a replacement battery.

• This limited warranty does not cover the following: a) Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystals b) Damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your watch, lack of proper care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factor other than a defect in the watch’s parts or workmanship.

• Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations by anyone other than an authorized Avanté Watches retailer or service provider is not covered under this warranty, and shall void the warranty.

• ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE LIMITED TO 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

• Avanté Watches IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

5.1 WATER RESISTANCE

5.1.1 Water Resistance Rating:
Avanté Watches with a 5ATM water resistance are suitable for everyday activities such as handwashing, light swimming, and showering. However, they are not designed for deep water activities, scuba diving, or exposure to high-pressure water.

5.1.2 Usage Guidelines:

• Ensure the crown is fully secured to maintain water resistance.

• Avoid pressing any buttons or adjusting the crown while the watch is submerged in water.

• Exposure to extreme temperature changes can compromise water resistance.

• Unauthorized repairs or visible damage may void water resistance claims.

5.1.3 Warranty Limitations:
Water damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow the provided guidelines, or damage caused by attempts to open the case is not covered by the warranty.

5.2 CONDENSATION

Condensation can occur when transitioning between extreme temperatures (e.g., moving from a cold environment to a warm one). Condensation inside the watch is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty. To prevent further damage, the watch must be dried immediately.

Solutions:

• Place the watch in a bag of rice with the crown pulled out for 24 hours.

• Use gentle heat (e.g., from a radiator or hairdryer) with the crown pulled out to help evaporate moisture.
  If condensation persists, consult a watchmaker for professional assistance.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership:
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Avanté Watches and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Usage:
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 No Liability for Indirect Damages:
Avanté Watches shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7.2 Product Misuse:
We are not liable for damages arising from misuse or mishandling of our products beyond the intended purpose and care guidelines provided.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Avanté Watches is located (Netherlands). Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
