Shipping

Avanté ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched within one business day, and a tracking link is sent by email once the order has left.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are

1–3 business days within the Netherlands,

2–5 business days within the rest of the EU,

and 5–14 business days for the rest of the world.

Delivery outside the EU depends largely on local customs clearance times.

Shipping is free on all watches within the EU. For destinations outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any import duties, taxes or tariffs (for example, US tariffs) may be charged on arrival and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities, not by Avanté.

Delivery times may vary by destination and season. If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Returns & refunds

Avanté offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery, which exceeds the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in full, as-new condition, unworn, non activated battery, packaging, documentation and any included tools. Please notify us at info@avantewatches.com before returning an item, and use a tracked shipping service; Avanté cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return results from a defect or an error on our part. Customers may inspect a watch as they would in a store; where an item is returned worn, activated or showing signs of use beyond this, a deduction for the reduction in value may be applied and offset against the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, normally within 10 business days of receipt.

2-year warranty

Every Avanté watch is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, covering the movement, hands and dial. In the event of a valid defect, Avanté will repair or replace the watch; where the original model is no longer available, a substitute of equal value may be provided.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches to the case or glass; the battery, straps and crystal as consumable parts; or damage resulting from accidents, drops, misuse, exposure beyond the watch’s water-resistance rating, or any opening or repair carried out by anyone other than Avanté or an authorised partner, which voids the warranty.

To make a claim, contact info@avantewatches.com with a description of the issue and, where possible, a photograph or short video. Instructions will then be provided. Watches sent for service should be packaged securely. Repair or replacement under warranty is free of charge; the customer may be required to cover postage and return handling. If an inspection determines that the warranty does not apply, the customer will be informed before any costs are incurred.

Water resistance & care

Avanté watches carry a 5 ATM water-resistance rating, suitable for everyday use such as hand-washing, rain, brief swimming and showering. They are not designed for diving, high-pressure water or saunas. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water, do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is wet, and note that sudden, extreme temperature changes may affect water resistance over time.

Condensation may appear under the glass when moving between very different temperatures. This is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty. To clear it, pull out the crown and leave the watch in a warm, dry place (or in a bag of rice) for approximately 24 hours. If condensation persists, please contact us.

2. Products

Avanté offers a focused range of watches. We may modify, discontinue or update any product without prior notice. We work hard to show our watches accurately, but descriptions, images and specifications may differ slightly from the final product due to screen rendering or running changes in production.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we’ll let you know promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include any applicable EU taxes. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, taxes or tariffs are payable by you and are set by your local customs. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

Promotions and discounts are subject to their own conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details on our website.
If a payment is declined we may cancel the order, and we’ll let you know.

5. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email (or dispatch it). We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious, and we’ll refund you in full if we do.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

If you’re a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your watch. We go further and give you 30 days. 7. Warranty

Every Avanté comes with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The full coverage, exclusions and claim process are set out on our Warranty section on this page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, images, text, logos, designs and software, belongs to Avanté or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use it commercially without our written permission. 'Avanté' is a registered trademark ® We own patents on the designs of all our current watches.

9. Liability

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website, or from misuse of a product beyond its intended purpose and our care guidelines. None of this limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. As an EU consumer you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date above. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
